They did 3 of our fences (great job with them) Just did the footings for our patio. There was an issue with them that happened. We were told they needed to be removed and done again. We spoke a bit about it and they came right back over at their cost to rip them out and replace them. They even gave me new saddles and helped pay for the sonotubes. I am very thankful that they fixed it and in such short notice.

I called for a quote and left a message. I received a call back within 2 hours. Gave me a full explanation of their services, their prices and expectations. Booked a date with them for 8 post holes, they verified 2 days in advance and showed up on the job site as promised. They had a full crew and completed the 8 holes within 1.5 hours. They completed all the work to code (building inspector came the next day) and return two days later to pour the concrete. Extremely easy to work with and outstanding communication along the way. A better than average experience. I just hope that they will not heave overtime :) Thanks, Two years have passed and still in ground without heaving! Great work.

Post Holes Plus reached out to our family to offer assistance in rebuilding our deck after the contractor we originally hired built one that was dangerous and had to come down, then took off with our money. They are very professional and worked quickly and with precision to place the footings for our new deck. I would highly recommend their work, it is night and day in comparison to the original. They passed the building inspection no problems and were in and out quickly with little mess considering the amount of dirt that had to come up! Thank you again!!!

Professional all the way! When I needed to dig footings for my deck, I called two companies to see who would respond. Post Holes Plus was the first to return my call. They called me back the same day, the other company called back a day or two later. The person on the phone was really easy to work with. She explained everything I needed to know and have ready up front. Since I had some of the work done we were able to negotiate a price based on what remained. I booked two appointments - one to dig and one to return and pour the footings. They continued to be in touch with me as the appointment dates came up. They showed up on time, both times. Each person in the crew was polite and respectful. They worked carefully and quickly and gave my project a level of extra attention I didn't expect. The final price was what we agreed on when I booked the job. I'm glad I called and only wish I would have called them sooner.
